No matter how hard you want to you must NEVER PUKE

Seriously NEVER EVER BINGE AND PURGE IN YOUR LIFE EVER! Ana will be so upset at you won't she! DID SHE TELL YOU TO EAT FOOD?!? NO SHE WANTS YOU TO NOT EAT AND BE SKINNY! Even if you do end up binging, don't you dare try and puke it out. I'm serious. I know this sounds kind of stupid but just fast for a while to make up for it. Binging and purging has some seriously nasty side effect. 

1. You will have an enlarged stomach
2. cheeks will swell up like a chipmunk
3. You will become disgusting and bulimic
4. you will never achieve thinness
5. If you try and puke, most the food stays inside you anyway so you will get fat
6. You will keep doing it and your food intake will increase
7. you will  begin to LOVE FOOD
8. your teeth will begin to rot and fall out, did you really think that that digestive juice would do nothing
9. Smelly breath
10. you drool a lot and produce a lot of spit
11. Your stomach will get fat, seriously you will never achieve thinness by this
12. You will get caught out WAY EASIER! EVERYONE CAN HEAR YOU PUKING AND THERE WILL BE A TERRIBLE SMELL IN THE BATHROOM YOU ABSOLUTE STUPID IDIOT!
13. Your  food pipe will begin to get digested leaving holes in it, sometimes THROUGH THE NECK _-
14.  Your stomach will remain fat

16. your stomach COULD ACTUALLY EXPLODE
17. each time you binge your stomach gets bigger, you want more food when it's empty again.
18. Your tongue will always feel like it's burned
19. Your heart actually gets smaller and other organs gets displaced TO FIT YOU HUGE GINORMAS STOMACH IN, AND IT WILL NEVER GET BETTER! EVER
20. your whole stomach might die, because you're binging so much the stomach expands so large that the cells of the stomach gets cut off and recieves no blood you fat ugly good for nothing pig
