I suppose it's not that bad, I mean its only like 1 calorie right? And anyway it makes me feel full so I'm off food.....I still feel kindof guilty though.
Anyways my mom was like telling me to um drink this high calorie orange soft drink, it was like 132 WHOLE CALORIES PER GLASS! Luckily, she had also bought some coke, but the packaging was deceiving so she didn't know it was diet. Thank god. So I drank the glass of coke instead! 1 calorie is much better that 132 ANYDAY
OH and what happened to skinny gossip? No new posts for ages now. Really annoying. I could do with some new tips. I have to admit though, the Christmas thinspo page was the most motivational for me.
In other news, my arms are getting numb now if I hold anything for too long, is the normal?
Oh and I think I should tell you all what I eat daily, so you can take tips from what I eat.
Morning: 1 teaspoon of yoghurt or a tiny crumb of weetabix
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: sometimes I manage a diet coke, otherwise I usually just have soup. And when I have soup I half the packet to make sure I have as little as possible. And I always leave a bit at the end of the bowl.
If you're wondering how many calories it is, it's usually only about 70, but when my parents *groan* make my dinner, its usually around 300-400. Gross right?

So, I've been getting really dizzy recently

1st load of thinspirational tips
Thinspiration tips
- Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, keep trying
- Look at someone thin you want to look like, try to look like them
- Think of food as something gross. Think of gross stuff when you see food
- For breakfast, put cereal scraps in a bowl and add some milk to look like you've eaten
- NEVER eat lunch at school
- look at thinspriation pics a lot
- If you mess up once, dont stop dieting. Its one slip up you can still do it
- Imagine you have a friend called Ana who will be really dissappointed if you mess up or eat
- Try to do one workout per week
- think of all the times people have called you fat, prove them wrong
- Only eat if you are around people or its a waste of calories
- Drink ice cold water as it boosts metabolism
- Spicy foods raise metabolism
- try to exercise whenever possible
- Take cold showers
- When you brush your teeth DONT use toothpaste, It has calories.
- Where a hairband or rubber band and when you want to eeat SNAP IT HARD
- if you want to eat clean something gross
- keep hair in GOOD CONDITION
- Buy clothes that are too small. it will out your motivation up so you will be able to fit in them
- Sleep at least 6 hours a day, boost 10%
- try to eat something small and low calorie for breakfast, boost by 15%
- feel hungry: PUNCH YOURSELF AND DO SITUPS
- make yourself snacks so your parents will think youve eaten
- keep good posture, more calories burnt
- instead of food, buy other nice stuff
- NO ALCHOHOL EVER NEVER EVER
- eat in front of mirror naked. think of the food going into the body and making fat cells. You able to eat now?
- smell of coffee supresses your appetite. SMELL COFFEE BEANS IF YOUR HUNGRY
- wear lip gloss
- when you have hunger pains CURL INTO A TIGHT BALL
- before you are about to eat something bad, hold your breath and count to 100. you wont want to eat anymote
- CELEARY EQUALS MINUS CALORIES AND BOOSTS METABOLISM
- weigh self before eating
- no eating in front of tv or computer
- eating 100 cals 4 times a day is better than one 400 cal meal
- binge when you have stopped losing weight BUT NOT OVER 1500 CALS! NO
- have cold showers for as long as you can bear it
- make an online ana buddy to keep you on track
- recored your food intake

Hi everyone
So, my name is Marceline and basicly I am just going to teach you all tricks to lose weight. If you want to be my Ana buddy, please ask because I will definitely accept. No doubt about it. Am other things about me, well I have a best friend called Kelsey and I'm 14 and stuff. I'm a bit small, well compared to other people sometimes and I recently got braces. I'm not that slim though, you can only kindof see my ribs which is disappointing, but recently my calorie intake has been under 70 calories per day. So I'm sure I'll lose weight fast!
