They only shrink, The amount of fat cells stay the same, but they multiply when you gain weight. Let me repeat that THEY MULTIPLY WHEN YOU GAIN WEIGHT! AND NEVER GO AWAY!

What we should all do to calories






















          This woman obviously didn't care, and look at her she is SOO lazy, she needs a chair to carry herself in!

Cravings...

Cravings are not a reliable indicator of what your body needs. Smokers crave cigarettes, alcoholics crave alcohol  drug addicts crave drugs, fatties crave food. It's just your addiction talking. Get a hold of yourself and realise you're better off without it!

I'm feeling pretty proud of myself, on track on the diet.

This always puts me off food

 Fatman. search him up whenever you're hungry. I'm serious it WILL help you. You can see all the rolls of fat move in videos also. It's gross. I'm never going to be able to eat pizza again.
OH and here is a picture eating PURE BUTTER! THAT IS PURE FAT HE'S EATING  COULD YOU GET ANY FATTER! I don't think so!!!

stupid parents feeding me lunch

GAAAH they made me have 340 WHOLE CALORIES FOR LUNCH! god i feel so fat. thank god they looked away at dinner so I didn't have to eat so much. Oh and for motivation, here is some fatties and a thinny. ^^





























 Look at that fatty eating that cake. How could a person actually eat a whole cake without getting sick I’d hate to be her If I was her know I’d be using every ounce of energy to get thin. 
























Now look at this person eating fattening chips like this1 and look at his MOOBS! They’re HUGE. And look he got a diet coke as well. Seriously?? If you were that fat why would you bother getting that and eat a WHOLE THING OF DEEP FRIED GREASY FRIED! Disgusting.
















Well, if you have any cravings for ice-cream I'm sure this picture will put you off. Look at their disgusting bellies! they have to tuck them into their JEANS ITS SO BIG AND IT STILL BULGES OUT! Now look at those bingo wings, nice huh? They’re probably going to die early from their arteries clogging from all the fat!! 






















Oh god I'm sorry if any of you guys puked but THIS IS WHAT FOOD DOES! EVERY THING YOU EAT TRANSFORMS INTO THIS! FAT! Seriously that guy is a huge ball of squishy smelly fat! Ugh imagine how bad he smells 


























 Don’t you love those fatties who are like OH IM FAT BECAUSE IT RUNS IN THE GENES! I ACTUALLY DON'T EAT MUCH AT ALL! Please the reason is that NOONE runs in your family and you are lying, of course you don’t eat hardly anything, how else would you be so fat then! Also look at the rolls of fat on the stomach. Oh and what’s that under your chin? Oh it’s you OTHER CHIN YOU FATTY. And he’s not even sitting up straight, and everyone knows sitting up straight boosts your metabolism?? I can’t believe people can actually do this!

Thinspiration tips

  • Remember Rome wasn't built in a day, keep trying
  • Look at someone thin you want to look like, try to look like them
  • Think of food as something gross. Think of gross stuff when you see food
  • For breakfast, put cereal scraps in a bowl and add some milk to look like you've eaten
  • NEVER eat lunch at school
  • look at thinspriation pics a lot
  • If you mess up once, dont stop dieting. Its one slip up you can still do it
  • Imagine you have a friend called Ana who will be really dissappointed if you mess up or eat
  • Try to do one workout per week
  • think of all the times people have called you fat, prove them wrong
  • Only eat if you are around people or its a waste of calories
  • Drink ice cold water as it boosts metabolism
  • Spicy foods raise metabolism
  • try to exercise whenever possible
  • Take cold showers
  • When you brush your teeth DONT use toothpaste, It has calories. 
  • Where a hairband or rubber band and when you want to eeat SNAP IT HARD
  • if you want to eat clean something gross
  • keep hair in GOOD CONDITION
  • Buy clothes that are too small. it will out your motivation up so you will be able to fit in them
  • Sleep at least 6 hours a day, boost 10%
  • try to eat something small and low calorie for breakfast, boost by 15%
  • feel hungry: PUNCH YOURSELF AND DO  SITUPS
  • make yourself snacks so your parents will think youve eaten
  • keep good posture, more calories burnt
  • instead of food, buy other nice stuff
  • NO ALCHOHOL EVER NEVER EVER
  • eat in front of mirror naked. think of the food going into the body and making fat cells. You able to eat now?
  • smell of coffee supresses your appetite. SMELL COFFEE BEANS IF  YOUR HUNGRY
  • wear lip gloss
  • when you have hunger pains CURL INTO A TIGHT BALL
  • before you are about to eat something bad, hold your breath and count to 100. you wont want to eat anymote
  • CELEARY EQUALS MINUS CALORIES AND BOOSTS METABOLISM
  • weigh self before eating
  • no eating in front of tv or computer
  • eating 100 cals 4 times a day is better than one 400 cal meal
  • binge when you have stopped losing weight BUT NOT OVER 1500 CALS! NO
  • have cold showers for as long as you can bear it
  • make an online ana buddy to keep you on track
  • recored your food intake
